Scott Tinker has been a Principal at Quantum Consulting Engineers since 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering and seismic design. He works on a wide range of commercial and residential projects, helping clients develop practical, resilient solutions that meet each project's unique needs.

A graduate of the University of Washington with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Scott has extensive experience designing structures in concrete, wood, steel, CMU, light-gauge steel, and post-tensioned concrete. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in Washington and Illinois, as well as a Professional Engineer in Ohio, Montana, Virginia, and Wyoming.

Outside the office, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he's skiing, hiking, or working in the garden. He lives in Seattle with his wife and three children.
