With more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering, Sandro Kodama enjoys designing buildings that serve people and strengthen communities. As a Principal at Quantum Consulting Engineers, he has worked on a diverse range of projects, including office buildings, transit-oriented developments, community centers, and university facilities.

Sandro earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and has extensive experience designing structures using concrete, steel, light-gauge steel, masonry, and wood. He also specializes in seismic analysis and design, helping clients create buildings that are both resilient and thoughtfully engineered. He values practical solutions, close collaboration, and delivering designs that meet each project's unique goals.

Outside of work, Sandro enjoys skiing, sailing, cooking, and traveling. He also loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, whether they're exploring new places or enjoying time together closer to home.
