Scott Tinker became an Associate with Quantum Consulting Engineers in early 2006. He has over 14 years of structural design and seismic engineering expertise on commercial and residential projects. He also has significant experience designing in concrete, wood, steel, CMU, light-gauge steel, and post-tensioned concrete. He graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
