Lake Washington Residence

Quantum Consulting Engineers performed structural design services for a 12,000 SF private residence and carriage house located on the shores of Lake Washington, in Bellevue. The house is three stories, on 280 lineal feet of lake frontage property. Design elements include imported stone veneer, slate roof and custom steel stairs. The structural frame is composed of wood and structural steel.
