Quantum Consulting Engineers provided structural and temporary shoring design for their mixed-use and multi-family residential building. Located at the northern edge of Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood at the corner of East Allison Street and Eastlake Avenue, this project adds high quality, contemporary condominium units to the desirable Eastlake neighborhood. The project contains 52 units, comprising approximately 85,000 SF, including below grade parking and street level retail spaces. Along Eastlake, retail shops activate the streetscape. Parking is located behind the retail spaces and below grade.
