Charlotte Martin Theatre - Seattle Children's Theatre

Dan Fenton, a principal at Quantum, served as project engineer for the structural design of a 24,000 SF, 485-seat theater. The facility consists of new construction plus a remodel of the existing art center. The building is constructed of long-span steel roof joists, masonry shear walls and spread footings and features a 60-foot fly gallery, wing space, catwalks, and advanced lighting and sound systems.
